Certification

Florida   Aircraft  Systems,  Inc.,  hereinafter  referred  to   as  the  Company, Warrants  the  services performed  to be   free from  defects in workmanship and  newly  installed   materials. The  obligation  and  liability of Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at the option of Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. At its facility of any part or parts found to be defective at time of inspection and/or test.

Florida  Aircraft  Systems,  Inc.  shall  in   no  way  be  liable  for any defect in components sold by this facility, purchase  from a licensed  manufacturer, in conjunction with   that  manufacture’s  limits  of  warranty. No other warranties shall be expressed or implied by law or otherwise and no further obligation or liabilities shall be incurred by Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. through the sale and/or the service of any such product.

Florida  Aircraft  Systems,  Inc.  shall  not   be  obligated  or  liable under this warranty  for   defects,  If  examination  discloses  that  reported   defects  or malfunction are due to:

a.- Unit has been repaired or altered outside Company’s plant, in any way,  which  might  impair  its  safety,  operation or efficiency nor through the  misuse,  neglect or damage by accident or element.

b.- Improper storage, handling or improper operation, general misuse in conjunction with standard practices to ensure reliability, as determined and outlined by the manufacture.

At any time, warranty is only applicable to the actual portion of a component that has been replaced or serviced by this facility, regardless of reported condition of components at the time of, or prior to any failure.
Overhauled Units Go up

Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. warrants its overhaul services to be free from defects created by workmanship or newly installed material for a period of twelve (12) months or one thousand (1,000) operating hours from the date of overhaul, whichever occurs first.
Repaired Units Go up

When properly, installed and maintained the Company warrants this unit to be free from defects in workmanship and be capable of functioning successfully, only to the extent of the repair performed.
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the repair and the replacement of parts that were replaced under the previous repair service; and if defects in workmanship are discovered before six (6) months after shipment from the Company’s plant. Additional parts required and labor expended will be invoiced at normal pricing unless the identical part or parts were replaced under the previous repair service were at fault for said failure.
Recertification and Bench Test of Units Go up
Units received by Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. for functional bench testing and/or time recertification will not be covered by any warranty.
All warranty return claims must be received by Florida Aircraft Systems, Inc. within thirty (30) days of discovery thereof , and must include complete details of failure, time of unit service since repair or overhaul and request action to be taken, or your claim may be refused or delayed. Unit that are returned for warranty and found to be within manufacture’s tolerance and specifications, will be subject to recertification and bench test charge.
